Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Plant Head to oversee our liner and air-cooled blocks manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, driving productivity improvements, and ensuring product quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plant Operations: Oversee daily plant operations, including production, maintenance, and quality control.
• Leadership: Lead and manage a team of department heads, supervisors, and employees.
• Strategy: Develop and implement plant-level strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Safety and Quality: Ensure a safe working environment and maintain high-quality standards.
• Efficiency and Productivity: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Communication: Foster effective communication across departments and with senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10-15 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in plant management, operations, and team leadership.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to drive change and improve processes.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
