Induction Melting

Induction furnaces are employed for melting metal. This method is clean requires energy to melt the solid and does not allow any outside interference in the process. It is added during melting to obtain the final composition by industry and internal requirements. We operate four induction furnaces: One has a 300 kg capacity, one has a 500 kg capacity, and the last one has a 900kg capacity – a dual track model. It is done based on the customers’ requirements for melting conditions.

Metal Pouring

Molten metal is poured in a high-speed centrifugal die & has a rotational speed of 1400 – 1500 rpm. We use a two-stage pouring process: first, we have the initial ladle to start with, followed by the industrial ladle depending on the weight of the product. It is necessary to additives during pouring to produce castings that are free from defects.

Centrifugal Process

Cylinder Liners are produced through the centrifugal casting process. It offers optimized results together with the ability to adjust metallurgy and crystal structure as desired. Compared to the static casting process, centrifugal casting results in the production of parts that are harder and more dependable.

Shell Mould Casting

Shell molding is an expendable mold casting process that uses resin-coated sand for the making of the mold. This method provides improved dimensional tolerance, increased production rate, and less demand for manpower compared to sand casting. We shape intricate core forms with the aid of a unique Core Shooter machine. This process guarantees Air-Water Cooled Blocks of the highest quality.

Green Sand Casting

Green sand casting is a flexible process that involves using a mold prepared using a mixture of silica sand, water, and clay. Esteem Auto performs very well in this process whereby wet sand is packed around a pattern to form the mold cavity. Following the removal of the pattern, the mold is then filled with molten metal, which cools and solidifies into the required shape. This method is also cheap and flexible with different types of metals and sizes of casting products to be made. We offer precise mold preparation and controlled pouring to produce high-standard quality castings.

Machine Shop

We execute outer diameter turning on liners with the help of CNC machines. This method guarantees higher accuracy in dimension, surface roughness, and geometrical parameters. The use of CNC turning reduces the cycle time for production while ensuring quality and accuracy in several repetitions.

VMC Machines

Esteem Auto provides high-end Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) for accuracy in machining. The VMC machines that we offer have high accuracy and performance characteristics that allow working with complex parts and designs. Plateau Honing Machine

Our Plateau Honing Machine produces a desirable dimension of surface roughness by wearing the high spots of the surface. This process improves the surface texture, providing smoothness and roughness benefits. We measure surface parameters such as Ra, Rz, Rk, Rpk, and Rvk to ensure quality.

SPM for Vertical ID/ OD

The SPM (Special Purpose Machine) for Vertical ID/OD machining is a versatile machine that does ID and OD simultaneously. This means reducing different thicknesses of the wall and increasing productivity and accuracy in comparison with conventional lathes. This process allows products to be directly machined on CNC machines.

SPM for Vertical Final Boring

Our SPM for Vertical Final Boring also preserves roundness within certain limits. This special-purpose tool is ideal for providing high levels of accuracy for the final boring processes.

Centerless Grinding

In centerless OD grinding, parts are precision-ground to be concentric and achieve the specified dimensions. This method is precise and offers consistent results and outcomes.

CNC Turning Machine

All liners are finished and turned on CNC lathe machines. These machines incorporate state-of-the-art carbide cutting tools and make complete use of CAD/CAM technologies to create components and choreograph tool paths.

Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine

This ultrasonic cleaning machine employs high-frequency sound waves to clean various parts by washing off all the contaminants. It offers total cleansing since it gets rid of dirt in complicated sections this ensures components are clean and ready for more handling.

Storage
