We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with a proven track record in working with Public Sector Undertakings (PSU) companies to lead our marketing initiatives and drive business growth.

Cylinder Liners, Air & Water-cooled blocks, Iron Casting, Steel Casting, Non-Ferrous Casting, Machining Power House.

Position Overview:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and drive engagement with PSU clients. This role requires a deep understanding of public sector landscape, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies targeting PSU clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Manage and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in PSU organizations.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and proposals tailored to PSU needs.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and trends affecting PSU partnerships.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in marketing, specifically with PSU companies.
  • Strong understanding of the public sector landscape and procurement processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
