- Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns.
- Stay updated on GST laws and regulations, implementing changes as needed.
- Calculate, deduct, and remit TDS as per applicable regulations.
- Prepare and file TDS returns, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
- Respond to any queries from tax authorities regarding TDS.
- Manage the entire refund process, including filing refund applications and supporting documentation.
- Liaise with tax authorities to resolve any issues related to refunds.
- Monitor and track the status of refund applications.
- Maintain accurate records of all GST and TDS transactions.
- Prepare reports for management review on GST and TDS compliance and refund status.
- Assist in internal audits related to GST and TDS compliance.
