QMS Manager
- Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS, including quality policies, procedures, and standards.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 etc.).
- Conduct internal audits and manage corrective actions.
- Conduct Certification audits & Customer audits.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with departments to identify and mitigate quality risks.
- Train employees on quality procedures and ensure awareness.
- Manage document control, records, and reporting.
- Interface with customers, auditors, and regulatory agencies.
- Managing Training & Development System Aligned with Various Department.
