QMS Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced QMS Manager to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of our quality management system. The successful candidate will ensure our organization meets customer, regulatory, and internal quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS, including quality policies, procedures, and standards.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 etc.).
- Conduct internal audits and manage corrective actions.
- Conduct Certification audits & Customer audits.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with departments to identify and mitigate quality risks.
- Train employees on quality procedures and ensure awareness.
- Manage document control, records, and reporting.
- Interface with customers, auditors, and regulatory agencies.
- Managing Training & Development System aligned with various departments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., quality, engineering, business).
- Minimum 8-12 years of experience in quality management systems.
- Certification (e.g., Certified Internal Auditor, Six Sigma).
- Strong knowledge of QMS standards and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with industry-specific (Engineering, Automobile Industry, Casting).
- Lean or Six Sigma certification.
Job Location: Metoda, Rajkot
Salary Range: 80K to 1L P.M.
